The debarked acacia poles in their natural state
characterises an
elevated resistance against fungus and other types of
parasitic instects, with a class of hardness of the norm EN 350-2.
It is used on the outside in its natural state without
the need for
impregnanting chemical substances.

Hungarian acacia poles have quite a long durability with ideal quality mechanical
features for the modern vineyard, thanks to the rich, fertile soil
in which it grows and the particular climate conditions of Hungary.
Unlike
other types of poles ( other treated timbers, cement, metal ) acacia doesn’t
require preservative treatment, it does
not create problems with the
disposal of the consumed poles, helping the viticulturist to respect its proper
habitat with savings in the operating costs.
The natural wood pole fits well in the environmental landscape, where other materials would be entirely unrelated, keeping the functionality of the system while presenting an environmental friendly and professional vibe.
The durability of acacia poles it is known
since distant times, even today in the XXI century, thousands of European
viticulturists kept the tradition of acacia poles, despite the numerous
products and advanced technologies. The acacia poles have the full support of
diverse researches and studies with certificates ( Institute of Viticulture and
Oenology of the Hungarian Ministry of Agriculture, in collaboration with the
Scientific Institute of Timber ) with the conclusion of: the durability of
debarked acacia poles, in the conditions of standard cultivation is superior
to 20/25 years.
Our capacity of the standard range of
assortment for vineyards responds for the needs of the viticulturist, with
lengths from 2 / 2,5 /2,7 / 3 meters with diameters ranging from 5/6 to 12/14
cm. Measures differing from the standards are produced by request.
Our line of poles, other than agriculture (
cultivation of hops, antihail installation ), can be applied in civil use (
ground restraint, reinforcement of embankments, enclosures, animal enclosures )
thanks to its qualities, durability and absence of treatment. Length up to 10
meters with diameters of 20 cm.
